The second of hopefully many more! Join me on Dartmoor at Ilsington Village Hall, Ilsington on 7th November for a gorgeous morning of community, learning and being nourished. Over two hours you’ll get:

 A delicious brunch including homemade granola, yoghurt bowls, pastries, fruit platters and juices. Plus unlimited tea and coffee of course

 An informal discussion on increasing energy levels, boosting immunity and feeling your best self over the winter months

 time for crafting - this month we will make a simple air dry clay bowl or trinket tray inspired by the season
